DJERBA, Tunisia - Displaced Egyptians are greeted by Air Force Captain Terrence Kilgore as they board an Air Force C-130J Super Hercules in Djerba, Tunisia, March 6, 2011 en route to Cairo, Egypt. The Egyptian citizens are among tens of thousands who have fled conflict in Libya to Tunisia, where a humanitarian crisis is unfolding. Kilgore is the Air Force programs officer at the U.S. Embassy in Tunis. The C-130J, flown by the 37th Airlift Squadron from Ramstein Air Base, Germany, is part of a contingent of aircraft from the 37th and the U.S. Marine Corps that are getting the evacuees home. Since the operations began March 4, more than 600 passengers have been shuttled to Cairo.
