This is a picture of darth maul that was taken in a back stage tour.
Please leave a comment I do appreciate them and lets me know what people think. I have so many photos and almost no comments. It also lets me know what pictures are best.
Baby Star Wars theme baby shower cake. Characters are made from sugar paste. The star is a layered sculpted cake as well as the rainbow slide. I really enjoyed making these cute big headed characters. I wish that I could have made more of the characters like R2D2, Chewbacca, etc. because these were really fun.
"This is my apprentice, Darth Maul."
This is another costume I have worked on over the years. This is the first time I did this costume, and had to keep the hood up since I had no head tattoos to match the facial tattooing. However, I was very proud of doing the tattoos with makeup by hand -- no stencils or masks. The clothing part of the costume is simply black clothes and cape, with black boots. Once more, the costume is made by makeup and attitude.
Here are some photos of my Midi Imperial Starfighters, including modifications to set 75347. Free instructions for all of these are on Rebrickable.

This little group started with the modified TIE Bomber. I added surface detail to this ship as well as a more interesting bomb loading and dropping mechanism and space for the gonk droid in the pilot-side of the hull. The TIE Fighter and Vader's TIE Advanced are built to match the proportions and scale of the Bomber, using the same cockpit style. They can be built invididually but my intention was that they're a modification of the Bomber set, with only £10 of extra parts needed in addition to 75347.

I was so happy when I found out what last week's theme was. I love sci-fi, a lot!
My first thought was doing something from Stargate but that show isn't so well known so I chose Star Wars instead.
This is supposed to look like Darth Maul.
You should acctually see the original, it's just my friend, outside in the sun, holding a stick. That looks nothing like the result.
Theme 52 RA is a photo project that my friend Becca and I started. Each week we pick a theme that we'll take a photo of and every sunday we upload the result.
