Contrast. Ik heb gekozen voor een laag standpunt met een groothoeklens. Hierdoor krijg je het gevoel alsof de bomen enorm hoog zijn. Dit is wellicht ook een soort van contrast? Hoog en laag.

Voornaamste contrast zit ‘m natuurlijk in de “kleur” zwart en wit, donkere schaduwkant van de bomen tegen de felle lichte lucht. In het gras zie je het ook nog een beetje terugkomen: schaduwlijnen van de bomen.

After it was cropped, I quite liked this contrast of Christmas lights against the dark rooftops and the last vestiges of daylight behind. Of all the images taken of these Christmas lights, this slightly abstract image worked best for me.
