This is my first attempt at the genre of Street Photography, so I'm not claiming any special skills in this field. I wanted to develop a theme in the genre as a project, and picked commuters as a group that most of us can relate to.
I found taking the shots a huge challenge - they are all candid and it's hard to be anonymous in public places. There is also the risk of being stopped by officials in these places.
This couple caught my eye on the platform, but the guy with the stick is interesting too.

The Main Concourse windows are over 60 feet tall and 30 feet wide. Before central air-conditioning, they opened to allow airflow in the terminal.

EOP Commuter Bridge program is intended to help students build on their academic skills and assist with their acclimation to the university environment. During these six weeks, many of our EOP Commuter students relied on public transportation for their daily commute to CSUN, some traveling as far as East Los Angeles and South Central. The 1-2 hour commute during the summer can be especially grueling, but that did not stop them from promptly showing up to class every morning. Congratulations to our Commuter class! Your commitment to EOP and determination paid off this Summer!
