(D2) The kid in red pants was actually a girl. she's very sweet. We had a necklace bead-making session. She made and wore one but the line broke. I helped her retrieve and put back and in return she gave to me. I wore the necklace everyday in Cambodia and now its still right in front of me =>

AFGE leaders, activists and staff join the union's veterans committee to complete a Habitat for Humanity beautification project in Greater Memphis. The activity was a part of the union's week-long visit to Memphis to commemorate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

(D2) I must mention the showering rooms.... the water comes from the river. it flows via some pipe i guess to a small long "drain" that went continuously from one shower room to the other. outside the shower rooms and toilets, there is a huge "blue tube" size holding unit where we took water to handwash our clothes. behind this building was our drying lines. Sometimes we had to bathe in the dark. Oh... and moths, etc insects like to fly into the toilets and our rooms =>

Law Giant City Horse Stables

 

First year law students perform community service work at Giant City Horse Stables. Students painted and repaired some of the buildings on site.
