Cold, desolate and cold. These are the words that went through my head as the orders came, and me and my men executed them. This war, fighting alongside these warriors, I knew the possibility that something like this would occur, taking out the very knights that entrusted us with their safety and in return, gave us our safety and at times, our lives. I’m not one to cower from orders, I rather see it as evaluating quite important strategic decisions. Death to these warriors must be the answer or? They are traitors are they not? But who knows, perhaps, this was all by design. Perhaps, I’m just thinking foolishly. It’s now been several rotations since our dissent onto this pitiful planet. Our orders were to locate any more of the missing treacherous knights. Suspects have been spotted roaming the alleyways. One in particular, has been cited multiple times. I think the best thing to do is to clear my head, get the job done. Wouldn’t want to lose it now would I.
- Commander Deviss
I bring you my Jedi Hunt on Eriadu MOC, a scene straight out of the awesome Star Wars Purge comic series. This takes place some time after Order 66 and follows Commander Deviss and his group of clone troopers hunting down a Jedi Master in an alleyway of this industrial city on the planet.
When I set out to create this build, I wanted the focus to be set on the figures and have the detail around really make them stand out. For me, having a balance in colors really is the start of that. As I talk about in the video available on the Beyond The Brick YouTube channel, the details and colors are meant to complement the other surrounding parts. I really think the red beams on top stand out and work nicely with the red from Deviss, really making him pop with his troopers. The classic black border that you’ve seen from some of my other builds really help tie things together as well. Overall, I think the build was a successful recreation of an iconic scene.
If you like this build, consider tapping the fave button ever so slightly and if you’re feeling like doing a bit extra, follow me here. Thanks!

Thorn led a detachment of Coruscant Home Security Guard Shock troopers to escort Senator Padmé Amidala on Scipio.
During the battle, Thorn managed to make one of the most epic last stand of the entire Clone Wars.
Commander Berz was a member of the 173rd Battalion His missons were more complished than other legions, they were a legion of clones who fought on the underground, they were ment to be i the subsole expploding mmt and hacking them from the undergrond. They were in the battle of Coruscant when the Emperror gave the order to wipe out the jedis. So he and his fellow brother killed the jedi, master Jo-Jo.
Hey everyone this was my last custom figure, I know it's been a while since my last cusom (I think it was Zatanna) but anyway here is Commander Mole from the 173rd Batallion. This figure is 70% decaled and I've painted his facial hair and his helmet. Also the decals were designed by me.
The story that you've read in the first paragraph was invented by me aswell and this figure

“Aliit ori’shya tal’din” Family is more than blood. Redwing was a man of respect, admiration and family. He believed in his brothers more than any trainer, he was there for them no matter what. The men under his command felt that first hand, often being treated medically by the commander himself. He wielded a blade, known as a vibrojato, gifted to him by a father who fashioned it for him after Redwing saved his son. Redwing’s mentor and tutor, Jedi Master Lee Kailon taught him and a few of his brothers of ancient species in the Unknown regions. Selfless beings, ones who would give without thoughts of receiving, in the service of pure good. These species were plentiful. But along with these peaceful stories came tales of murderous beings slaughtering all that stood near enough to strike down. He was almost one of them, losing his mother and father to a purge like these. He was saved by the council, given a home and a purpose. The republic had allowed him to live a new life, free from the fear and chaos the unknown regions were known for. He taught us that without the republic we would not be here, “We owe our lives in service of this republic, as it gave us life and will save all that it touches, FOR THE REPUBLIC!!” Kailon gave his life in service of his precious republic, the separatists brought the fear and chaos back into his life and they would pay dearly for such a mistake. Kailon took many battles by his pure determination, he was committed to his cause like no other jedi. Rarely seen doing anything between meditation, caring for his men or smashing clankas. He was a true jedi and would be Redwing’s inspiration forever, striving to serve the republic as he did, selflessly and with purpose. He wears the dark red to signify the honor his master deserves, teaching his troops the lessons he remembers like it were one rotation ago.

-Doom
It's been a while since I've uploaded, but I've been working on lots of content for release as we get closer to BFVA. One such custom is Commander Doom, a long-overdue figure that I've had designed for ages but never went through to make.
This one has is covered head to toe with decals on every surface of the minifigure, topped off with a painted CAC visor, a CAC waistcape, and a custom made antenna and helmet light. These are new items that I have and are available as a choice to be added to a figure, as each of these items are resin casted or hand made.
Speaking of resin casting, those Stormtrooper sets won't be the only casted set I'll be selling, so keep an eye out for more! As always, expect more, and I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Imperial Commanders were the brains of any operation carried out by ground forces of the Imperial Army. They were the ones to strategically position and deploy forces. Commanders were never seen at the actual front, always hiding in the safety of their command center. Yet, they were trained in use of firearms and hand to hand combat, in case their stronghold was breached.

A closer look at the Imperial Commander from my recent figbarf. Probably inspired by a mix of The Mandalorian and Rouge One.

Still going thru some of the AL printed torsos I have and coming up with new figs. I had this head laying around (I think it's from a Harry Potter character??) but her weathered face lent itself to a dedicated and aged trooper, so she became a commander. AndrewVxtc decals adorn the helmet while Fineclonier arm & leg decals finish the body out nicely. BF cauldron and CAC range finder help round this fig out.
Taken at the Village Green Car Show in Fairfield, Ohio.
When I saw this car's grill from a distance, I thought of Lincoln Zephyrs, but I don't think they made them in a 4 door model. I was a bit surprised that it turned out to be a Studebaker as I can't remember ever seeing one like this beauty. It looks like a classic restore job which has been done well enough to qualify for an invitation to a Concours de Elegance show. Like so many times, I only wish I could have found it in a more appropriate setting.
Cobra Commander, protected by his Night Stalker bodyguards, is meeting with a Cobra agent to pass on some documents. But why would CC deal with a lowly Cobra Trooper, and who is the Trooper working for?
Commander's Palace, nestled in the middle of the tree-lined Garden District, has been a New Orleans landmark since 1893. Known for the award-winning quality of its food and its convivial atmosphere, the history of this famous restaurant offers a glimpse into New Orleans' storied past and has been the go-to destination for Haute Creole cuisine and whimsical Louisiana charm. The winner of six James Beard Foundation Awards, Commander's Palace has evolved into a culinary legend.
When Ella, Dottie, Dick and John Brennan took over personal supervision of the restaurant in 1974, they began to give the splendid old landmark a new look both inside and out including painting the outside the iconic "Commander's Blue."
Now under the watchful eye of co-proprietors Ti Adelaide Martin and Lally Brennan, the Brennan family's dedication to perfection has never wavered. A steady parade of renowned chefs like Emeril Lagasse, Paul Prudhomme, Jamie Shannon, and now Tory McPhail have made Commander's Palace the world-class restaurant what it is today and its leading-edge Haute Creole cuisine reflects the best of the city.
