I went to Peixe em Lisboa with my very own press pass (YaY!). Got to try a few dishes, meet a couple of chefs (I'm particularly thrilled that I met one that actually worked in the kitchens of El Bulli, which I didn't realize until after the fact) and saw a cooking demo which is what this photo is of. Chef Leonel Pereira putting the finishing touches on some dish I didn't get to taste but kinda wanted to.
So after spending £25 on two drinks in London all the restaurant chef are out tonight, even though I foolishly bought my bag in extremely pissed and int spent a penny lol

The Afghan Whigs closed out Smooch 2015 with an extended set ending well after midnight, but the fans didn't care.

Since he opened his restaurant 64 Degrees in Brighton 5 months ago Michael Bremner has been gathering accolades at a remarkable rate. The Guardian's Marina O'Loughlin said of his restaurant "Foodwise, its the most remarkable thing to hit Brighton in years. Actually, maybe ever." Invited to take part in the International Chef Exchange [ICEx] he wowed top Dutch chefs and producers with a stunning 6 course meal. Organised by Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival, ICEx invites top chefs in different countries to exchange kitchens to showcase their respective region's foods, wines and spirits. The emphasis is on local produce and sustainability - along with culinary arts. Last night Michael Bremner presented a six course meal at Basaal, Den Haag. Perhaps some light snacks or salads for lunch? Also sandwiches, burgers and of course delicous Thai Food Available!
