This was breakfast on day two. Chapati Man sits not too far from the Orange Tent and a peek inside revealed that they had won first prize in the Virtual Festival website's Glastonbury 2007 best food comp. The chapati was fresh and soft and the daal good, the optional fresh chillies were seriously hot though and the nose was running hard by the end.

we have just discovered that this is the only place in town we can get tanquaray gin - with v generous measures courtesy of our friend john! - hence the big grins!
these i made myself it is so easy, just mix flour and water, make a dough let it rest a while and make balls than roll them flat and bake short in a dry skillet.
