Fresh off the casual carpool from Oakland, we begin south of Market St. with the first of what seemed like hundreds of construction sites. These buildings are being added to the Rincon Hill condo zone.

As I was walking to carpool after work and saw some broken Christmas Kalanchoe plants. Knowing me, I searched for any leaves that were broken off. I was able to collect these, which I'll try to propagate.

Four families on the street each take turns. On Monday's we walk. My day is Friday so today I get to stand on the steps in my jammies with a cup of Joe and wave goodbye.
