I took a 3 hour whale watching tour on the Portuguese Princess

(http://www.princesswhalewatch.com/). We encountered 3 pairs of humpback

whales. They were pretty active but no jumping out of the water.

When they jump out of the water, it's called a whale breach.

When I downloaded the shots I did out my back window (see previous pic), I found a few from the Cape I had overlooked. I'll post the best of them & then I think summer will be officially over.

this was the closest beach to our cottage--about a 1/2 mile walk--on the Bay side. We were there at low tide and you could walk out toward the sea for about 1/2 mile.

This view shows the transition from the existing house to the addition. The arch matches other arches in the existing house.
