In a blender mix:
-1 large glove of garlic
- 1TBS dijon mustard
- 2 tsp anchovy paste
- 2 tbs olive oil
- juice from half a lemon
-2 dashes of worcestershire
- salt and pepper
Toss Caesar dressing with crisp romaine hearts and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese or pecorino romano. Yummmy!
I also made a pan seared tilapia with a white wine - lemon sauce and a lemon cream angel hair pasta!
We met Caesar on the corner of San Julian and 6th. He wasn't in the best of health, but he made it clear that he doesn't want Obama's money. He was really looking forward to seeing his daughter from Mexico. When we said our goodbyes, he thanked us for taking the time to talk to him.
As served at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise's Lakeview Restaurant. It's a cocktail of mainly vodka and Clamato (tomato-clam juice) with Worcestershire sauce, celery salt on the rim, and four garnishes: asparagus, olive, pearl onion, and lemon.
Caesar salad
How to make a Caesar salad with chicken. Any time of the year is good for a refreshing salad. Today I present one of them, perhaps one of the most famous in the world, the Caesar or Caesar salad.
One of them salad recipes with a relatively simple preparation. This Caesar salad recipe, like the welder salad recipe, admit many and varied options, more current. This chicken salad does not stick to a single recipe, there are many reinterpretations, this is one more. I like it with chicken roast with crispy battered chicken or with a little chicken breast marinated in paprika, although the secret is in its creamy sauce, with a soft touch of anchovies and mustard. A very complete and quick dish to make. Do you cheer up?
Like a good number of culinary creations invented in the last century, the Caesar salad It has a date of birth, known parents and a curious history. In many places you can still read that the Caesar salad was born in the kitchen of New Yorker Waldon Astoria, others place its origin in a mafia casino in Atlantic City.
But this salad was actually the brainchild of an Italian immigrant cook named Alessandro Cardin, who lived was from San Diego but worked in a restaurant in Tijuana in Mexico. Apparently it was invented in a hurry, since she had run out of ingredients to cook the dish she had planned and it became an instant success.

The hotel includes a convention facility of over 300,000 square feet. Caesars has 3,960 rooms in six towers: Augustus, Centurion, Roman, Palace, Octavius, and Forum. Sarno, the designer and planner "struggled to decide on a name for the hotel. He finally decided to call it Caesars Palace because he thought that the name Caesar would evoke thoughts of royalty because of Roman general Julius Caesar. Sarno felt that guests should feel they were at a king's home while at his hotel. It is called "Caesars" and not "Caesar's" because every guest is a Caesar."
A stretch hummer paused in front of Caesars Palace long enough for me to squeeze of this poorly composed shot. First time I'd ever seen such a thing.
Caesar's Palace didn't look like a hotel and casino which opened in August of 1966. Granted, it must have been upgraded over the years, but it looked thoroughly modern. And stunning both inside and out.
