Jane is eating delicious, homemade banana pudding and Kate is happy to point that out to us. SIsters! I love love love my nieces! We were all in Dallas with Mom for Easter and ate tons of yummy, old-school, homemade goodies.

Christian had a speaking engagement at UAB yesterday (he totally kicked ass). While in Birmingham, he wanted to try some BBQ. He headed to Dreamland, had a slab of ribs, mac n cheese and banana pudding. He was smitten and returned the next day for pulled pork and more fixin's and this quart tub of banana pudding that he stored in the hotel fridge until his flight and then flew this baby back to me first class!

And Southern Hospitality is no joke! Though security stopped him for traveling with a liquid, they decided to let it slide because they didn't want to deprive me of the chance to taste this awesome pudding.

And let me tell you, it is EFFING AWESOME. christian is the best husband ever. thanks to Christian, Dreamland BBQ and Birmingham airport security for making this all possible.

This was the biggest hit of the potluck - it tasted even better than it looked. The strawberries were a very nice touch. :)
