step 4: remove the print
here you can see the jug of ammonia & a developed photo. again, use CAUTION when removing the bag, the ammonia vapors are really strong. probably less of an issue if you use cleaning ammonia.
Blueprints at Addison Circle
Designed by Michael Van Valkenburgh and Mel Chin, the five petals of "Blueprints at Addison Circle" contain detailed drawings from the blueprints used to build many of the city's buildings and parks. The elements include a fountain, a sun dial, a bench, a bridge railing; plans of the Addison Conference and Theatre Centre; patent drawings for cotton gin equipment; the original Plat of Addison; a pump station; and the spa at the Addison Athletic Club.
Apart from woodworking websites, there will be architectural websites that will list limited versions of their extremely popular greenhouse blueprints. You may not be able to access the entire greenhouse blueprints but you will be able to combine and compare the greenhouse blueprints to get inspiration to make your own. Some architectural websites will offer these greenhouse blueprints and plans for a minimum fee and you can then download and use the complete greenhouse blueprints for your own greenhouse.
I have pretty accurate blueprints of the plan but for the sections I only have the height at the top and not much more, most of this has been pieced together with pics of the model form the disneyland gallery, pics and shaky youtube videos of breakdowns
I've broken down the DCA site plan and enlarged the scale of the areas. I still have more details to add but this is the star
From 1960, issued by the government, complete with instructions, blueprint and foreward by Prime Minister John Diefenbaker.

After we got home from work yesterday, we made dinner as we usually do. Afterwards, I went and did some stuff online while Sheri went into the bedroom with her new issue of Blueprint.
I did not plan to bother her, but I was trying out various settings with Betsy, trying some new things, focusing less on photos being 100% clear and really seeing all of what my camera can do. With my new photo-a-day (365 days) project coming up, I want to be ready to shoot.
I have not taken too many photos after I completed my last project (Which can be seen HERE) other than the occasional get togethers and events. My portrait photography will be back eventually, but right now, I want to do more photos of the world and things around me, the people around me. I just need to pick up the camera and shoot, I feel that I do not do that as much as I should.
I am still trying to narrow my project down to one idea, but it is hard. I would just love to do both, but with strict rules I set for myself, the hardest, being that I must shoot the photo and post it in the same 12:01am to 11:59pm time frame. Not easy.
We shall see what happens in... I am still going with August right now.
I did not intend to post any of the photos I took yesterday, they were simply test shots, but I really liked this photo of Sheri. She is not bothered at all by my rolling around on the ground and continues to read her magazine. Shot at a high ISO , hence the grainy look, also wanted a bit of a color change, the photo was too blue for me.
Insanely detailed. I still have to pick apart some of the rock-work and planting beds. I might double the scale and make it multiple sheets
Cyanotype test from a new series - I've made fonts of the Alphabet & Thai script from Thai flower garlands, and am Cyanotyping words from them. Phrases that stop dinner-party conversations.

This is ikspiari, the movie theatre/ mall complex next to the tokyo disney resort. I don't think it was designed by the imagineers but I'm doing it anyways. It looks very random when you see it but there's a regular structural grid and enough vertical stuff (elevators and stairs) that I thought it would make an interesting puzzle. There are two other levels I'm still working on
step 3: develop
this is a 5 gallon bucket. there's a jug of ammonia inside (see step 4) with the lid off. i just put the paper in side, cover and leave for 3-4 minutes. DO THIS OUTSIDE!
if you're using the industrial strength ammonia, it is really strong. if you get a good whiff of it you won't forget it.
i'm not playing with you
i'm not playing with you
i'm not playing with you
i clean forgot how to play
but you can still come around
in fact, i invite you down
maybe together we can wipe that smile off your face
because what a difference...a little difference would make
we'll draw a blueprint, it must be easy
it's just a matter of knowing when to say no or yes
frustrating
frustrating
always waiting for the bigger axe to fall
a patient game that i can't find my way to play
never mind what's been selling
it's what you're buying and receiving undefiled
