"Praise or blame has but a momentary effect on the man whose love of beauty in the abstract makes him a severe critic on his own works." John Keats

You′re it

No, you're it

Hey, you′re really it

You're it

No, I mean it, you're it

Say it

Don′t spray it

Spirit desire, face me

Spirit desire

Don′t displace me

Spirit desire

We will fall

Miss me

Don't dismiss me

Spirit desire

Spirit desire

Spirit desire

Spirit desire

We will fall

Spirit desire

We will fall

Spirit desire

Spirit desire

Spirit desire

We will fall

Spirit desire

We will fall

Everybody′s talking 'bout the stormy weather

And what′s a man do to but work out whether it's true

Looking for a man with a focus and a temper

Who can open up a map and see between one and two

Time to get it

Before you let it get to you

Here he comes now

Stick to your guns and let him through

Everybody′s coming from the winter vacation

Taking in the sun in a exaltation to you

You come running in on platform shoes

With Marshall stacks to at least just give us a clue

Ah, here it comes

I know it's someone I knew

Teenage riot in a public station

Gonna fight and tear it up in a hypernation for you

Now I see it

I think I'll leave it out of the way

Now I come near you

And it′s not clear why you make the way

Looking for a ride to your secret location

Where the kids are setting up a free-speed nation for you

Got a foghorn and a drum and a hammer that′s rockin'

And a cord and a pedal and a lock, that′ll do me for now

It better work out

I hope it works out my way

'Cause it′s getting kind of quiet in my city ahead

It takes a teen age riot to get me out of bed right now

You better look it

We're gonna shake it up to him

He acts the hero

We paint a zero on his hand

We know it′s down

We know it's bound too loose

Everybody's sound is ′round it

Everybody wants to be proud to choose

So who′s to blame for the stormy weather

You're never gonna stop all the teenage leather and cooze

It′s time to go 'round

A one man showdown teach us how to fail

We′re off the streets now

And back on the road on the riot trail

Blue tit youngster, eating berries

Driving through Leeds on "the city loop" I had to wait for red traffic lights to get any shots through the windscreen.

Quarry House looms ahead. Known by some as Gestapo Headquarters. This ugly monolith is the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) building, cutting benefits to those who need help the most although its Government laws to blame. Enough said ... come the revolution comrades :o)

Looking out to sea.

The rain had abated and the sea's were bumpy and this man was standing beside the Tacking Point Lighthouse looking out to sea.

He was lost in a world of his own ans he seemed transfixed by the motion of the ocean.

Who could blame him as it is and it was fascinating to watch the ocean as it pounded onto the rocks below.

Tacking Point.

Port Macquarie, New South Wales, Australia.

I thought that full was something better

Detestable is how it feels

Why must this be?

The honey used to taste delightful

Was it a poison actually

There to trap me?

Cute, isn't it?! :-)

I will be away for 5 days, and hopefully I will come back with lots of photos from the Swedish and Norwegian mountains (fjell).

Have a lovely weekend everyone!

Bird reflection birds fågel foto

One of the cutest garden birds is definitely the blue tit. I spotted this little one in a bush, where it had taken cover to eat a sunflower seed from the birdfeeder.

On a chilly January afternoon, the trailing unit on 421-08 sits in idle on the south track at around mile 4 of the North Toronto while counterpart train 420 passes by it on the north. Both trains had a leased EMDX SD70ACe-T4 trailing, and some empty CP container flats on the front of 421’s train allowed for this bit of a unique shot of the “ugly ducklings”. An arguably better looking CP 7027 is second out on 420, also visible if you look a little closer. GEs were the head end power on both trains, and I can’t really blame the crews for that, as modern EMD products are apparently riddled with issues.

TLC - „Waterfalls“

www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WEtxJ4-sh4

A lonely mother gazin' out of the window

Staring at her son that she just can't touch

If at any time he's in a jam, she'll be by his side

But he doesn't realize he hurts her so much

But all the praying just ain't helping at all

'Cause he can't seem to keep his self out of trouble

So he goes out and he makes his money the best way he knows how

Another body layin' cold in the gutter, listen to me

Don't go chasin' waterfalls

Please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to

I know that you're gonna have it your way or nothing at all

But I think you're moving too fast

Little precious has a natural obsession

For temptation but he just can't see

She gives him loving that his body can't handle

But all he can say is, "Baby it's good to me"

One day he goes and take a glimpse in the mirror

But he doesn't recognize his own face

His health is fading and he doesn't know why

Three letters took him to his final resting place, y'all, don't hear me

Don't go chasin' waterfalls

Please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to

I know that you're gonna have it your way or nothing at all

But I think you're moving too fast

Ah c'mon

I seen a rainbow yesterday,

But too many storms have come and joined

Leavin' a trace of not one God-given ray

Is it because my life is ten shades of gray

I pray, all ten fade away seldom praise Him for the sunny days

And like His promise is true only my faith can undo

The many chances I blew to bring my life to anew

Clear and blue and unconditional

Skies have dried the tears from my eyes, no more lonely cries

My only bleedin' hope is for the folk who can't cope

With such an endurin' pain that it keeps them in the pourin' rain

Who's to blame for tootin' caine into your own vein

What a shame, you shoot and aim for someone else's brain

You claim the insane and ain't this day and time for fallin'

Prey to crime I say the system got you victim to your mind

Dreams are hopeless aspirations in hopes of coming true

Believe in yourself, the rest is up to me and you

Don't go chasin' waterfalls

Please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to

I know that you're gonna have it your way or nothing at all

But I think you're moving too fast

Oh you're moving too fast

Don't go chasin' waterfalls

Please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to

I know that you're gonna have it your way or nothing at all

But I think you're moving too fast

Well, since you blame by pointing your finger, I blame the bokehs! :)

A tribute to Ansel Adams (sorry Ansel, dont' blame me for that; it's a composing).

Rådmansö, september 2017

Fyero hasn't had much of an issue these past couple days with the isolation and staying in the house. (We're not quarantined, just not venturing out more than needed.)

Fyero does however seem to be slightly annoyed that there are constantly people poking around the house and disturbing her naps. Can't blame her, while Scott stays mostly in his office, I'm moving around and just being a general pest to her.

Side note - has anyone else been experiencing issues with Flickr lately? I've been struggling to leave all of you comments. The pictures will load but the comment section of the page just... doesn't. Wondering if this is a me thing or a Flickr thing.

Hope everyone is staying safe & healthy.

I was with my camera in the hangar, where they keep and maintain the Y-Wings. This is a dirty and low-light place, so that the heat radiation does not reveal its location to third parties. One of the starfighters came from the flight, and they quickly dismantled the supporting pylons and exhaust noodle off, so they were able to access the part of an overheated engine.

I do not know whether the hammer is the right tool for this job, but all I can do now is to monitor the situation…
