No voy a empezar a elogiar tus fotos porque ellas se presentan solas y el disfrutarlas cotidianamente forma parte de un buen comienzo del día...
Prefiero mencionar quién y cómo es el ser humano que está detrás de ellas..., porque pienso y creo que hay un estrecho vínculo.
Tu magia comienza al conocerte al ver tu risa franca y contagiosa. Y continúa con tu humor, tu alegría, tu capacidad de disfrutar la vida con los pequeños y grandes instantes.
Eres un sol y quien es tu amigo conoce la dicha de fantásticos y hermosos momentos compartidos. De tus miradas cómplices, de tus reflexiones, de tu honestidad, de tus valores, de tu generosidad, de tus sueños e ilusiones, de tu sentido de familia y de pertenencia, de tu humildad, integridad y sencillez, de tu capacidad de disfrutar tanto el diálogo como el silencio. En síntesis, del poder de la amistad y la riqueza de los afectos.
Incansable a la hora de brindarse, de aprender algo nuevo, de experimentar lo diferente o lo transgresor, de levantar la voz ante la falta de solidaridad y las injusticias. LAICISMO y ESTADO ESPAÑOL
El artículo 16, párrafo 3º de la Constitución Española dice:
“Ninguna confesión tendrá carácter estatal. Los poderes públicos tendrán en cuenta las creencias religiosas de la sociedad española y mantendrán las consiguientes relaciones de cooperación con la Iglesia Católica y las demás confesiones”.
Según la Real Academia de la Lengua, un Estado laico es aquel:
1. adj. Que no tiene órdenes clericales. U. t. c. s.
2. adj. Independiente de cualquier organización o confesión religiosa. Estado laico. Enseñanza laica
Un Estado aconfesional es aquel:
1. adj. Que no pertenece o está adscrito a ninguna confesión religiosa. Estado, partido aconfesional
El Gobierno y la Iglesia Católica viven un enfrentamiento provocado por diversos temas como el divorcio expres, el matrimonio homosexual, la despenalización del aborto, etc., lo que provoca una deseo de parte de la sociedad de convertir España en un Estado laico.
Contradicciones:
- Para convertir a España en un Estado laico, es necesario reformar la Constitución y para ello darle al Estado más fuerza, por parte de aquellos mismos que se la están quitando.
- La libertad de culto y religiosa viene recogida en la Constitución y según el artículo 27, son los padres los que gozan del derecho a elegir la formación religiosa de sus hijos, y no el Estado (Educación para la ciudadanía).
- Los colegios concertados (en su mayoría católicos) junto con los públicos, componen la infraestructura necesaria para la educación en España, prescindir de ellos supondría una merma que habría que suplantar por una enorme inversión en educación.
Multitud de organizaciones no gubernamentales (como Cáritas), prestan una ayuda social indispensable en la actualidad, prescindir de ellas conllevaría al abandono de las clases más debilitadas.
Situación en Europa:
Países laicos: Francia, Irlanda y Países Bajos.
Países aconfesionales: Alemania, Austria, Bélgica, Bulgaria, Chipre, España, Eslovaquia, Eslovenia, Estonia, Letonia, Hungría, Italia, Lituania, Luxemburgo, Malta, Polonia, Portugal, República Checa, Rumanía.
Países confesionales: Dinamarca, Finlandia, Grecia, Reino Unido, Suecia
En cierta ocasión le preguntaron al Papa:
- ¿Es posible e incluso bueno un Estado laico, que ni se decante por una religión, ni persiga a los que quieren seguir su fe?
- El Papa responde a esta cuestión poniendo en el centro la libertad. Lo auténtico de toda religión, dice el Papa, es que pueda vivirse libremente. No hay fe sin libertad. Dios llama a todos los hombres a una vida de comunión con él, pero no obliga a nadie. Dios nos ha querido libres, libres para vivir, libres para escoger, incluso libres para olvidarlo, por eso no se pueda entender un Estado que, situándose por encima de la dignidad humana, quiera imponer o prohibir el ejercicio libre de la propia religión, llamase como se llame.
Este debate se ha trasladado a la Unión Europea y aún hoy sigue sin aprobarse la Constitución, entre otras cosas por la falta de acuerdo sobre el origen cristiano de Europa.

When I came around to the front of the car my heart fell to my stomach. I couldn't believe my eyes. He was gone. I distinctly remember saying, " Stay right here, don't move, Daddy will be right here, ten feet away getting your jacket from the trunk." Where could he have gone so fast? He was only out of my sight for a few seconds.
I fell into instant panic. "Justin, Justin. Where are you? Please son, this is no time for games." No answer. Not like him. He's only five years old and not the adventurous type at all.
Oh my god. What shall I do? Why did I leave him alone? Even for a second. He is my life. Why in the world would we just happen to have a flat tire at this time and place. I'm grown and I'm a bit afraid. Oh my poor son, how must he be feeling now? Frightened out of his wits. I've got to slow my head down. Think logically. Where could he have gone? I'm sure he wouldn't have gone near the building. It's just too spooky.
What? What was that? A fluttering sound. Oh my god. Just the pigeons. Got to calm down.
He's been gone at least two minutes. What am I goin........shhh.....what is that? A rustling.....rustling in the bushes.....could an animal come and taken my........."Hi Dad. Got my jacket? I'm cold".
"Justin, oh come here, let me hold you, where have you been, son? Are you okay? Did you get frightened and run away? An animal perhaps? Tell me son, please, hug Daddy and tell me what happened?"
"Nothing happened Dad. I had to pee so I just went into the bushes over there. Is everything ok?"
