Construction during November 2015 at the second phase of the City Park West development at the former Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University central campus site in the City of Chelmsford in Essex (UK).
The building in the background on the right is Parkview House which occupied by the Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance Company Ltd while on the left is part of Essex County Council County Hall.

After a few years of dereliction the boys finally get started demolishing the former Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University central campus site in Park Road Chelmsford.

Despite these established trees being carefully fenced off (possibly due to TPO's) during demolition of the former Anglia Ruskin University central campus site in Park Road Chelmsford in 2010, the developers of the site (into what?) have clearly decided they are in the way and have brutally dug them up using that merciless contraption on the left.
Shocking.

The old Chelmsford Library. Now Known as the Frederick Chancellor building which is part of the Central Campus of the Anglia Ruskin University.

The Railway Tavern Public House on the far left and the former Quakers Meeting House in the centre left which dates from in 1824 along with the early stages of the new development at the former Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University central campus site in Park Road in Chelmsford (UK) in March 2013.
Despite looking quite vunerable here the victorian built railway tavern public house and the derelict former Quakers meeting house are quite safe from any future demolition and the Quaker building will feature as part of the new development.
