Lockdown has given me plenty of time for photography and the weather has been extremely kind, so I have been able to use the garden as a backdrop, as I'm fortunate to have outside space.

Silverwhawks was one of the few cartoons that my whole family would watch together. My father and I were more into the Silverhawks lore than Thundercats. The Super 7 Ultimate figures are like they stepped right out of the television and do not disappoint.

Former pirate Beverly Blood-Thunder retired from life at sea to become a permanent Cuban Rebel Girl. The figure pictured here was previously an incarnation of Royal Kadath Society character Ellie Fields, but as Ellie was replaced by a more accurate head sculpt, the former Miss Fields has stepped in to fill the vacancy in the pirate crew, adopting the name Bethany Blood-Thunder in acknowledgement of her predecessor.
Do any of you ever find yourself becoming attached to the characters you create, as in, if you decide to "repurpose" parts of a pre-existing character, do you feel a need to "explain" or "justify" the change, at least to yourself? In this case, both "Beverly Blood-Thunder" and "Ellie Fields" appeared only briefly in now-forgotten photo-story installments. I'm sure nobody remembers them other than me, yet I feel I can't just let them disappear without some kind of acknowledgement.
I'm not sure if Dread Pirate Blood-Thunder's body is a Jiaoudoll 10E or a TBLeague 12D. Her head is an unidentified eBay find, and the costume is largely from a Barbie Halloween set.
I apologize for the slightly awkward posing. She really deserves a better presentation. I was paying more attention to getting the figure to stand on its own than I was in achieving a natural-appearing pose. I should have used a prop stick. Oh well, maybe I'll do better next time. Or maybe I'll re-do this pic tomorrow. I've put everything away so I'm not gonna re-do it now.

The Han Solo is the first, and so far only, Black Series figure I own. But I'm thinking the collection needs to expand.

Khloë, new drummer for Vagabond's House. Having a drummer will allow Jade to focus on keyboards.
"Wait!" you might be saying. "Khloë? Jade? Vagabond's House?"
Vagabond's House (or should it be Vagabonds' House? How many vagabonds are there, and whose house is it?) is the name of a one-sixth scale action figure band I was putting together a while back -- let me see, how long has it been? Spring of 2021, so it's been four years since we last saw the band... at which time, I see, it was called Vagabonds' House. D*mmit, I'm gonna have to change the insert on the drum kit. Or change the name of the band. Maybe drop the apostrophe altogether. I don't know.
Anyway, the band was a trio: Sasha akaSashabella, Jade aka Jayde Holly, and Yasmin aka Yazz E. Claire. Jade was the drummer, but her specialty is actually keyboard and piano, so the band has needed a drummer to free up Jade to focus on keyboards.
The characters are one-sixth scale TBLeague action figures based on the Bratz dollz who appeared in my "Dolly Dungeon" Bratz doll story several years ago.
Anyway, this is Cloë aka Khloë, the new drummer for Vagabond's' House.
What kind of music do they play? Loud music. Yasmin wants it to be a Thrash Death Punk Metal band. Jade has more artistic sensibilities but she's willing to play along to hang out with her friends. Sasha is there to meet guys. Cloë was drafted and we'll see if she sticks around or not.
