Mar 13th - More chemo for Pat - The staff are getting used to me taking odd shots around the ward. Apparently purple is the international colour for chemo gloves, rubbish bins, etc. Cyto-toxins or some-such. God, the things you learn which you have no desire to know about. Pat had a pie for lunch while we were there - she wanted to taste one before her taste buds died (again!!!). They come back about 4 days before the next chemo. Her Doctor calls herself 'The Poisoner' - as in, "Hi - it's The Poisoner again". A sense of humour is SOOOO important! The day took 6 hours from door-to-door. I suppose it's a good enough trade-off if every 6 hours equates to a month of extra life - but will it?

A large warehouse built for Edward L. Aldrich in 1883. It was designed by Providence architect Robert Manchester Jr. (1812-1891), who seems to have specialized in industrial work.

Today, it is offices.
