Talking about the Pentacon 3.5/30 vintage lens. It may be half a century old, but optically it is a true 'generalist'. You can use it for any situation as long as the light is good. I prefer this lens to be wide open, as here. But that is a personal choice.

A personal photo project exploring light, stillness, and everyday beauty during the dark season.

I share a few images each week — small moments that make the darkness feel alive.

The idea is to have 30 images in this project by the New Year

Or stupid o'clock!

Looked out the window 4-45 to see mist! Wow hadn't had any for months so I was out and on the road to the bridge only when I got there it was clear as a bell,so it was up to dartmoor and found this little beauty! Been there numerous times but never seen this before

Feel free to tell me what you think

5/30: April 2019: A month in 30 pictures

I was out for the day today. We went to the Ideal Home Exhibition in Olympia. I took my camera and got this just in case shot on the train. I love the 'stupid little biscuit' that this company give with a drink. I love that it's pink too.

Day 5: Lighting.

Summer = fresh fruit! Raspberries are in my top 3 list for yummy fresh fruit :)

Enjoy!

Congrats on Explore! ⭐ July 3, 2023

This is one of the exact centers of the universe & it's in charge of a lot of the beautiful & amazing things we'll take for granted in the future.

Abby and I went for a morning walk to see what we could see. She collected a few sticks and watched some tiny bugs making their way through the city. I watched her and was amazed by her wonder and enjoyment at such simple things. It was a very good morning, one I will treasure always.

Got up at 4:05 and I was amazed at how overcast it was!!!

Um 4:05 aufgestanden und ich war erstaunt, wie bedeckt es war!!!

he jumped to the door when I went outside to take photos, he wanted to eat some grass, so I figured I'd take the opportunity to shoot some golden hour portraits of us :) I'm so glad I have him back now.

ps. my hair looks dreaded because it's still wet from my shower!

5/30 April Photo a Day and hadn't really been out until I left to play football this evening - I went via Farthing Downs behind where I live, a tranquil area of outstanding beauty. Not an urban shot today, very different - and thanks to the April Photo Challenge I have captured it how it is.
