The old Keswick suburban platforms have been replaced and 405 no longer carries passengers. Keswick station has been replaced by a new station 100 metres further East and the lines pictured here are now part of Adelaides electrified network. No t the best of shots but has some historical significance.

(D)405 became 50005 and was given the name Collingwood. It was withdrawn in January 1991, whilst based at Laira, Plymouth and was cut up by Coopers Metals at Old Oak Common MPD in February 1991.

Looks like it's still serving somebody as a useful loadcarrier.

Not the type of Peugeot 405 you are likely ever to see in your local supermarket car park, in fact seeing ANY Peugeot 405 out in the wild is becoming a scarily rare thing!

This is the fire breathing T 16 rally version which saw action in the Paris Dakar and Pikes Peak International Hill Climb amongst others in the late 1980's. It was probably no surprise to see it modelled by the ultra patriotic Majorette who naturally gave it a casting to be proud of. Accurately proportioned with clear lense headlights it made a good bedfellow to the standard 405 which they also modelled around the same time.

Im not sure when this example dates from but it was bought "new" recently at Huddersfields latest diecast emporium they call Bargain World. Part of a five vehicle set. Mint and boxed.

This bus was new to Lothian Buses as 405 in 2014.

This is the 2nd day in service for the new B5TL Gemini 3s. It has a heavily revamped body, which make them easy to spot from a distance. The window section for the sairs was first seen on the new London Routemaster and now an option on the Gemini 3. A shorter demonstrator B5TL secured Volvo another large order along with more 7900s.

The new B5TL Lothian ordered has an extended B5TL chassis, as Lothian prefer long wheelbase buses for extra capacity.
