Thanks to large backups at Willard yard on CSX, trains were moving up one block at a time all morning on 10/17/2020. That delayed the daily Wheeling job long enough to get a bit of nose light at Rt. 99 on the east side of Willard. It's been a good Fall season for color in NE Ohio but finding any near a track is always a challenge. Got a little in this one.
