Soboro Don:

-Japanese rice

-ground chicken + soy sauce + minced ginger + sugar or brown sugar(healthier) + water

-beaten eggs + sugar or brown sugar

-spinach + chopped garlic

1. Cook the ground chicken until no longer pink, add ginger, soy sauce and brown sugar. Test the flavor and it's good balance between soy sauce and sugar then add water up to 3/4 of chicken. Let it boil until there's no more water. You can put corn starch if you want.

2. Making crepe style, pour the egg in the pan. AFTER it's been cooled, cut the egg into fine stick.

3. Stir fry the spinach with garlic.

5. Place the food as the diagram and add dash of dried seweed~ =)

Day 80.

Back to work today - it's always a huge effort after being off - and today felt especially long.

The traffic was bad as usual, I was 5 minutes late getting in, despite my best efforts, and was really tired after a lack of sleep last night, due to disturbances with across-the-road neighbours in the early hours.

My jaw also aches more today than yesterday so I may get an early night tonight.

A bright spot though was a letter I received today from a relative I only found out I had a fortnight ago, so we're communicating and hoping to meet once we can arrange a time.

It's also nice to have a letter rather than an email for a change. The art of letter writing isn't dead (as I've said before).

And the keyring above was yet another freebie from Vistaprint, who are doing a good job of sending me enticing 'special offers' with closing dates that never seem to materialise!

And in case you're wondering, I didn't get any photos today (again) and am getting desperately miserable about this lack of daylight. There are only so many indoor shots I can take before I bore myself! It's rained all day, feels like winter and I really could do with a drink!

On May 11th, 2016, P&W NR-4 arrives at Old Saybrook to interchange with P&W CT-1 from New Haven. The night before, NR-2 outlawed at Groton after Amtrak wouldn’t take them to New Haven so a daylight move the next morning was facilitated. From 1992 until 2009, NR-2 and NH-1 regularly met at Old Saybrook to interchange traffic. The closing of many customers west of Old Saybrook during and after the Great Recession, which included Stanley Bostich, Atlantic Wire, and Chesebrough Ponds, and overall traffic slowdown led to NH-1 being abolished and NR-2 making the run from Plainfield to New Haven and return, moving from days to nights in 2013. In 2015, NH-1 was reinstated as a regular job and split duties between the Shore Line, Belle Dock, MNR Waterbury Branch, and the Middletown Branch.

The blue-headed macaw or Coulon's macaw (Primolius couloni) is native to eastern Peru (except in north), north-western Bolivia (mainly in Pando), and far western Brazil (only in Acre). It has a total length of about 41 cm (16 in),[2] making it a member of the group of smaller macaws sometimes known as the mini-macaws, which includes any species of macaw with a total length of 50 cm (20 in) or less. As in all macaws, its tail is long and pointed and the bill is large and heavy.

Promote the role of Civil Society organizations as eco-social pioneers in terms of creating bottom up collective initiatives of new models of production, consumption and distribution as seed of new economic models by:

1.Getting to know the CSO framework towards Sustainable Consumption and Production
