Epsom Coaches (Quality Line) OP29 - Route 463 - Wallington

Route 463 was originally formed in 1998 as a new route running from Coulsdon to Wallington. It partly replaced commercial route 301. In 2002 it was extended to Mitcham Eastfields from Wallington to replace part of route S5. In 2009 it was diverted in the north to a new terminus in South Lodge Avenue while extended in the south from The Red Lion to Coulsdon South Station.

The contract has recently renewed and most of the fleet has been updated to wheel forward Wright Streetlites. However a couple of buses from the old allocation are still appearing and Optare Solo OP29 is seen on the route last Saturday.
