Girl waiting for train - Shinjuku
I myself was waiting for the train when I found this shot. What caught my eye was the empty space surrounding the girl, something you don't see a lot of in a city as crowded as Tokyo.
I didn't have time to change lenses, so I shot this with what I had on my Canon 5D at that time: a Leica R mount 35mm f2 Summicron, shot wide open. (The aperture rating says f1.4, because that is what is hard-coded into the focusing ship on the Leica R to EOS adapter ring I was using at the time.)
