Grey Jedi
This is from our Star Wars themed shoot with cosplayers Connie Torres and Kat MacLaren - Kat doing her "miraluka" (as a grey jedi - pictured here), and Connie doing her "Sith" cosplay. This photoshoot was beyond fun - we all had such a blast!
It was also my first time using my new camera - a Canon 6d. The 6d blew me away - quite a jump from the T3i that I was using before!
For lighting, this time we went a little nuts. We used 6 YN-560iii's. Two behind the models - both bare. Two in gridded softboxes pointed in from both sides of the frame. One in a beauty dish above and in front of the models, and one (bare) bounced off the concrete they were standing on (coming in from in front of the models, slightly camera left) to fill in a bit of the shadows.
