Her name is Avril, she came along with her mom, who was selling vegetables in the market. Standing (and sometimes sitting) with her mom, she spent hours there. Her name surprised me, but then I noticed many photos of Avril lavigne, everywhere in Kaluk. Shops, hotels even in the lodges. They surely like her. (They also watch a lot of WWF)
