This was the view (looking west with the Finnieston Crane in the background) from the very top of the disgracefully demolished St. Enoch Hotel, one of Glasgow’s three great railway hotels, flattened along with the station for a second-rate shopping mall.
I don’t remember being scared up here and obviously this was before Health and Safety was invented so no high-vis, hard hats or safety lines. 😀
