Chelmsford, City Park West Development
The continuing construction of the new development at the former Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University central campus site in Park Road Chelmsford (UK) in July 2013.
Not entirely sure what is happening to this particular building. Looks like it is being demolished but the demolition process seems to be very slow.
