Chelmsford, City Park West Development

The continuing construction at the new development at the former Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University central campus site in Park Road Chelmsford (UK) with three cranes now in place in June 2013.
