Chelmsford, Parkview House
Parkview House which is occupied by the Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance Company Ltd. looks over the construction of the second phase of the City Park West development at the former Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University central campus site in the City of Chelmsford in Essex (UK) in December 2015.
Just a few months more and the view of Parkview House from this location will be totally obscured.
