The continuing construction of the new development at the former Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University central campus site in Park Road Chelmsford (UK) in April 2014.
This is the view from Duke Street from opposite the railway station. Looks like this could be the main pedestrian entrance to the development when its finished.
