Chelmsford, City Park West Development

The continuing construction of the new development at the former Chelmsford Technical College, Chelmsford Institute of Higher Education , Anglia Polytechnic University and finally the Anglia Ruskin University central campus site in Park Road Chelmsford (UK) in October 2013.

 

Note the new covered dutch style cycle sheds on the left.
