Mistle Thrush, Turdus viscivorus, in Rowan (Mountain Ash) Tree, Sorbus aucuparia.

He is defending his tree which is full of ripe orange-red berries from other Mistle Thrushes and Blackbirds who also want to gorge themselves on the fruit.

The leaves are in autumn / fall colours.
