Bauble Take 2 365/200
WOW, 200 days into my 365 already, doesnt seem that long ago I started this journey.
Maybe I'm starting to repeat myself though :) The same subject as yesterday, but with a few subtle differences. Thought I would change the lighting around a bit and have a play at creating some fake snow.
Rather than the single flash, I brought out another couple to try and shift the balance of the light. This was in fact all about balance and it took quite a few shots to get the effect I was after.
The fake snow is just sea salt and this was probably the most difficult part to get to look right. There was a fine line between having it too dark and blown out. I think this just about works though.
Lighting was really split into 2 parts.
A pair of Neewer SF-01 mini slave flashes shot through paper screens to light the front.
While the background was lit seperately by a Yongnuo YN460 with a pringles tube difusser.
