Arnotts' Biscuits Albion van, Sydney, ca. 1935-1940 / photographer Milton Kent
Known for their beautiful fire engine red livery and the colours of the rosella, an Arnott's van is a fond memory of many Australians. The iconic brand was bought out in 1997 by Campbells.
William Arnott, the founder of Arnotts', had tried his luck on the goldfields in 1851 and failed, only to become rich with his bakery.
