HMT Queen Elizabeth, Sydney Harbour, between 1940-1945

Note: Troopships Queen Elizabeth and Queen Mary, by far the two largest ships in the world after the destruction of Normandie. Each could carry over 10,000 troops from Australia or the United States to the European War and it was estimated they shortened the War by at least 6 months.
