45 Minute Star Trails 06/10/20
Last night I was imaging for 8 solid hours, hoping to pick up some Draconid Meteors. I took almost 4,000 images overnight, but this morning when I reviewed them I realised my dew heater had failed (the wire had come right out of one of the connectors). So I lost 7 out of 8 hours of imaging, so I'm pretty gutted. I did manage to stack 45 minutes worth of images shot during the first hour, before dew took over.
Taken with a Canon 1100D with 18-55mm kit lens. ISO-1600 for 8 seconds (because I was trying to capture meteors rather than star trails), 306 images stacked using StarStaX
