Builder's calcs
Lying on the ground amongst all the usual offcuts, nails, timber, insulation, glue and clips and stuff they scatter around.
It always seems to be remarkably tidy when they finish, and with a little landscaping soon looks ready to move in.
Some builders describe what there will do by drawing on the floor or on a sheet of panelling to the owners where the kitchen sink is going.....
