Unemployed Plate Scrapers

Our middle school students were awarded the Golden Plate Award for keeping their food waste under 1 pound during their three days at Eagle Bluff Environmental Camp.

At each meal, we had two students assigned to scrape plates and weigh the food that a person could have eaten but did not. Our kids "got it!"
