asparagus soup served,

 

Basically the water I cooked the asparagus in on Sunday, after that I added the peels and let them cook for two times two hours (2h Sunday evening, 2h Monday evening )

Then fishing out the peels and adding the chopped chunks. I cooked them for an hour then mixed them (homogenized). Cooking one more hour later I added the tips, come garlic and paprika (for colour)
