A pair...
I found these two magnets on the same car, separated by license plate with a "Hello Kitty" license plate frame. (There was a Hello Kitty sticker in the window as well.) It turns out that the Hello Kitty demographic is pretty wide and didn't give me any clues - so I still don't understand the combination/modification of ribbon magnets and what they may mean.
