Chef Massimo Bottura

Chef Bottura gave us pre-event snack/treat of some of the treats he brought from Modena. Besides the 3-year aged wheel of cheese made from the milk of (rare) red cows of Reggiana, but also the chef's gold medal balsamic vinegar tradizionale. Gorgeous, gorgeous bites.
