sandbox lofts
for some reason, i've been looking more and more at other properties, considering selling my home and moving elsewhere in the pitt. optimally, i'd love an architect-designed mid-century home, and was actually fairly close to buying one on the edge of churchill and wilkinsburg, but just couldn't quite take the risk, for it needed a good amount of work. besides that, everything else i want seems to be way out of my price range, unless it's very removed from the city.
so... i look around in lawrenceville a bit too, thinking i can possibly score something fairly cheap, and redo it in a more 'modern way.' i've always loved the idea of loft living, and while these newly in-the-construction-phase lofts near 52nd and butler are pretty nice, they and the area werent feeling like 'home' to me. oh well, it will all work out in the end... i do have a very nice house now, i shouldn't complain.
