Test After Lens Incident.

OK, so here's a test after the incident a few days ago with the 28mm Prime lens and Super Glue Fumes.

 

I have zoomed in on the single images and nothing seems to be upset in the images.

Colour is good.

Sharpness ( in single photos ) Good.

Contrast Good.

Overall Good and i can't see anything that is wrong with the images being produced at 5x magnification or even when mounted normally.

Only way to tell now is by pointing at the sun and using f22 to inspect it very closely... as this will allow the full amount of light into the lens.

 

OK so this is the 28mm Prime reversed onto extension tubes of a Hoverfly outside in the cold.

It is a stack of 13 images at F8 and flash at full with diffuser.

 

Very wobbly so not best res in this one, but just a test of course, ill do a full on stack tonight to test the 28mm's ability with a stack of 200+ and if it fairs OK i think i am in the safe ! :o
