[346/365] bridge

wow, my form is awful! This is the first bridge I've done in probably a year and it was quite painful. My back is an absolute mess thanks to an epidural, pregnancy, and constant lifting of a nearly 4-month old. I'm usually fairly bendy. I was head cheerleader after all (for reals!)
