[134/365] Birthday Brownies 2.15.08

For J's birthday - he requested brownie sundaes. Unfortunately, I followed the directions and had to bake a second batch after this one came out raw. The instructions warned that a toothpick would not come out clean for fudgy brownies. Yup, definitely came out raw.

 

I used espresso chocolate (Green & Black's) for the second batch, which I think came out even better.
