[96/365] Cleared to Run~

My sports med doc finally gave me clearance to run (I had two stress fractures in my foot since the Fall)! I am allowed to start with 1/4 of a mile on a treadmill. Not much, but I'll take it.

 

I must say, I was embarrassed to get off the treadmill after only a few minutes...
