Monsoon Moisture
Clouds, due to monsoon moisture, began to form early this morning over the mountains, and it rained hard again by afternoon. We've lived here part-time or full time for 25 years, and I am sure this is the wettest monsoon season we've experienced. We have already exceeded our annual precipitation average with four months left in the year. However, we all know it can shut off like a faucet so we thankfully and happily accept what we have received. It's also very localized and some areas of Colorado have received much less.
