[Looks best in BLACK] Ellora, an archaeological site, 30 kms from Aurangabad, a city in Maharashtra (India) has a total 34 cave temples dedicated to Buddhism, Jainism and Hinduism, built between 5th and 10th century.

Because of personal reasons we couldn't be here longer and therefore I could only properly tour Cave 16, also known as the Kailasa, dedicated to Lord Shiva.

I hope to go back soon next year and thoroughly study this beautiful rock-cut architecture.
