Olive Harvest, Zakynthos

The olives in Zakynthos are harvested small and green, and pressed to make extra virgin, cold-press olive oil, much of it exported to Italy, where it is expensively packaged and marketed as Italian oil. Has been done since Zakynthos was a Venetian possession.
